Solution
Volume (bulk) elasticity $E = \dfrac{\text{Stress}}{\text{Strain}}$.

  • Strain is dimensionless.
  • Stress = Pressure = Force/Area = $\dfrac{MLT^{-2}}{L^{2}} = ML^{-1}T^{-2}$.

So,
$
[E] = ML^{-1}T^{-2}
$
